THE LAMINGTON PROJECT

As the Art Director for Project Lamington, a collaborative initiative sparked during the devastating Australian bushfires of 2020, I teamed up with Bianca Bridges, London-based food writer and social media specialist. Together, we rallied London's culinary community, including top chefs, cooks, and bakers, to craft their unique interpretations of the iconic Australian cake. My role involved spearheading the Art Direction and overseeing the creative execution. Through our collective efforts, we successfully raised over $10k in funds towards the crucial cause.
